This Summer is going to be our best one yet (👀more on this later…👀) and to kick things started (no pun intended), we’ll be heading to The Westie for a barre session with the wonderful @anualajess. Join us for a 45 minute barre class mixing ballet-inspired moves with strength and mobility work. Low-impact but very effective. Expect small movements, a good burn, and good vibes. No dance experience needed!
After getting sweaty, we’ll stick around for a well-deserved re-hydration pint 🍻
Other than your lovely self in comfy clothes, we kindly ask you to bring your own matt 💗
